Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Sales Training and Development Lead to coach frontline sales teams across the assigned territory. You will implement onboarding programs, mentor new and existing staff, and partner with field leadership to maximize performance.

The role involves leading weekly performance meetings, delivering service training, and ensuring sales activity meets established targets. A strong focus on coaching and engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to analyze sales data and maintain licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory.
• Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and drive skill development.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services in the territory.
• Facilitate regular debriefs to improve communication and sales activity.
