Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Sales Training and Field Leadership professional in Los Angeles to improve productivity, onboard and develop a team of frontline sales colleagues, and drive performance across the territory.

Responsibilities include weekly coaching, coordinating with Operations, and ensuring KPI targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly with teams and clients.
• Strong numerical skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and engage frontline sales colleagues within the territory.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance.
• Lead weekly team meetings and skill development sessions.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory.
• Conduct regular performance debriefs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure the team meets activity standards and KPI targets.
• Set a strong example through character, organization, and selling skills.
• Monitor revenue progress and ayuda APITDA realization.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to manage start rates and programs.
