Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Field Sales Training Lead to improve productivity and deliver onboarding and ongoing coaching for frontline sales colleagues across the territory.

You will partner with field leadership, mentor teams, and drive performance through structured training, weekly meetings, and hands-on field work. This role requires travel within the designated territory and a commitment to sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Able to read and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Capable of writing reports and business communications.
• Strong presentation skills for groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Able to analyze sales data and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and engage frontline sales colleagues in the designated area.
• Coordinate collaboration between Sales and Operations to align goals.
• Lead weekly performance meetings and skill development sessions.
• Provide ongoing training on services offered in the territory.
• Conduct one-on-one debriefs to improve communication and performance.
• Ensure team meets activity standards and sales targets.
• Demonstrate leadership in character, organization, and selling skills.
