Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Market Sales Manager for poppi to drive retail sales in your assigned territory. You will lead large and small format accounts, coach teams, and visit stores daily to bring the poppi brand to life in the market.

You will collaborate with PepsiCo field sales and leverage data to identify opportunities, executing strategies to grow the brand while visiting retailers and strengthening relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of industry related experience (CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail or Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and in-store execution in large and small accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth within your territory; maximize upsell opportunities for displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations, initiatives, and focus areas.
• Establish and maintain strong retailer relationships to grow the poppi brand.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to deliver maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies for brand development and performance.
• Use syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local and regional sales drives and blitzes to meet market goals.
