Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Market Sales Manager for the poppi brand to drive retail sales execution across assigned territory in the United States. This field-based role will manage large-format, convenience, gas, and away-from-home accounts, visiting stores daily to bring the poppi brand to life and strengthen customer relationships.

You will lead, coach, and collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of CPG/F&B/retail experience.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with in-store execution.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your territory and maximize upsell opportunities for displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and focus areas.
• Maintain strong retailer relationships to grow the brand in your territory.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams you support for maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to support brand development and performance.
• Use syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local/regional drives and sales blitzes to meet market goals.
