Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to own and grow a local territory within our water-as-a-service business. You will prospect, close recurring revenue contracts, and build a book of business driven by a national brand and strong operational support.

You’ll operate with autonomy in your market, backed by a national brand, structured ramp, and clear path to earnings through base salary, uncapped commissions, and ramp support.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience required.
• Territory development and building a book of business.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to local travel.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales within assigned territory from prospecting to close.
• Identify and engage new B2B customers through outbound efforts.
• Build and manage a Salesforce-backed pipeline with forecasting.
• Sell recurring service contracts to SMB and mid-market clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site visits and product demos.
• Negotiate multi-year agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
