Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing to negotiate and close orders.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Provide historical records by maintaining territory and customer sales data.
• Operate ERP system and update client information in the database.
• Collaborate with management to improve marketing materials and expand presence in territory.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify customer needs.
• Generate and review sales reports with management.
• Respond to customer complaints by investigating and resolving issues.
