Job summary

Culligan Quench is hiring a Field Sales Account Executive to own and grow a local territory in our water-as-a-service business. You will prospect, close recurring revenue contracts, and build your book of business with autonomy and strong brand support.

This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, pipeline management in Salesforce, and delivering multi-year service agreements to SMB and mid-market clients while travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B outside sales.
• Ability to build a territory from scratch and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales within your territory from prospecting to close.
• Identify and engage new B2B customers through cold outreach and networking.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce with forecasting and activity tracking.
• Sell recurring service contracts to SMB and mid‑market clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demos.
• Negotiate multi-year agreements and close deals.
• Collaborate with service and operations to onboard and retain customers.
