Job summary

AirDNA is building a field sales team to take Adapt, our AI-powered dynamic pricing tool, to the next level. As our first Adapt seller in your region, you’ll own a territory end to end—prospect, pitch, pilot, negotiate and close with property managers.

You’ll bring customer feedback to the product team, work influential industry events, and build business cases that show how clients can boost revenue while spending less.

Qualifications

• Experience selling revenue management, pricing or property management software to short-term rental property managers.
• Existing relationships in your market that can become conversations within the first month.
• Strong prefernce for those who love outbound and being in front of customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory end to end: prospect, pitch, pilot, negotiate and close.
• Sell to owners, CEOs and revenue leaders of property managers.
• Build business cases to show how to increase revenue while reducing current spend.
• Work at industry events in your region to raise the company profile.
• Relay customer feedback to the product team to improve Adapt.
