Job summary

Amada America, Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer to grow and maintain strong relationships with customers across the territory, while aggressively developing new prospects.

You will coordinate with the Amada Team including Product Specialists, Applications & Verification personnel, Service, and support groups to maximize sales and aftermarket support. The role requires frequent travel within the territory, with responsibilities to identify customer needs, prepare technical proposals, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Must have professional sales experience.
• Highly organized, detailed, with proven follow-up skills.
• Experience in creating sale leads and prospects.
• Must be able to build positive business rapport with existing and new clients.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product sales and achieve ALL Sales & Activity Targets.
• Inform & educate customers on new technologies and advancements by Amada.
• Make routine sales calls on established customers.
• Aggressively work to identify and develop new accounts utilizing guides and cold calling.
• Encourage and perform regular customer demos at Solution and Technical Centers.
