This customer-facing role involves developing proposals, supporting inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring successful project execution. We are seeking a professional with a engineering background, 3-5 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• 1-2 years experience with AutoCad drawings of varying complexity
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support product selection, applications, pricing, and order status.
• Review RFQs and develop accurate quotations and technical proposals.
• Process and manage customer orders within ERP systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful order execution.
• Develop bills of material and manufacturing documentation.
