Job summary

Weidmüller USA is seeking a Territory Sales professional to drive sales and profits across a designated region. You will manage opportunities, train and support channel partners, and execute strategic sales plans to meet goals.

The role requires extensive travel within the Des Moines, Kansas City, and Omaha/Lincoln geographies, with a strong focus on customer and partner engagement and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with polished presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory and beyond.
• Experience using CRM systems to track activities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop new sales opportunities for all assigned product groups.
• Establish and maintain channel partner relationships through training and communication.
• Develop and implement sales plans across a geographic territory.
• Provide field market intelligence on competitors and trends.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities with the District Sales Manager.
