Job summary

HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow our presence in Missouri and Kansas. You will combine technical knowledge with relationship-building to win new business and support OEMs and industrial customers.

Based in or near Kansas City, MO/KS, you will travel up to 60% while developing territory plans, selling motion control solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers.
• Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.
• Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
