Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own distribution in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. Remote with travel, you will partner with distributors to drive growth, support joint calls, and train teams while expanding our service footprint across the four-state Midwest region.

You will leverage a broad hydraulic product portfolio, engage end users, and identify new opportunities. Regional travel is expected; a strong background in engineered hydraulic solutions and distributor

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered, technical hydraulic or related industrial products.
• Strong distributor relationships in a multi-state territory.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%.
• Ability to work through distributors and direct with end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow distributor partners across IA, NE, KS, MO.
• Engage distributor sales teams and serve as a technical resource.
• Join field calls with distributors for joint sales and customer visits.
• Identify opportunities where hydraulic products and engineered solutions fit.
• Support product selection, quotations, and training for distributors.
• Forecast territory and manage CRM activity and opportunity tracking.
