Job summary

Forklifts Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Business Development Sales Associate to identify prospects, develop strategies, proposals, and forecasts, and secure new business for material handling solutions.

This early-career, salaried role requires frequent travel to training, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with customers while collaborating with Sales Representatives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Navigator and/or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arranges appointments with customers, including pre-arranged appointments or cold calls.
• Develops proposals in accordance with Forklifts Group standards and presents them to customers.
• Coordinates the presentation of all new truck proposals in-person to potential customers.
• Coordinates customer meetings with Sales Representatives.
• Engages customers by adapting to their buying style and using consultative selling techniques.
