Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible operations management experience in the Installation Industry, including five or more years in direct management.
• Broad knowledge of the security and life safety industry; experience in one business is required, multiple is an advantage.
• High-level competence in written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required to support the area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the capacity, staffing, and overall performance of the Install Team across the area.
• Establish team objectives and direct efforts to achieve productivity, quality, and contract performance targets.
• Hire, retain, coach, and performance manage direct reports, including career development planning and reviews.
• Drive compliance with the JCI Safety Program for employees and subcontractors, including on-site observations.
• Monitor forecast and actual project revenue and margin; take action to support results.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, regional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
