Job summary

Sensormatic Solutions, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks a Retail Security Territory Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and service operations across a defined territory. You will lead 8–12 field technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control.

You will report to the Regional Field Operations Manager and drive staffing, schedules, and customer communications while maintaining licensing and safety standards across the territory.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of field, construction, and management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and service operations across the territory.
• Monitor workload and optimize resource planning to meet SLA requirements.
• Coordinate installation schedules and subcontractor resources for timely execution.
• Oversee van stock and cost control to support first‑time fix rates.
• Report installation progress and key operations metrics; ensure safety and licensing compliance.
