Job summary

Sensormatic Solutions, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks a seasoned sales professional to win new business and grow existing customer relationships in assigned retail accounts. You will drive growth via video analytics, CCTV, and EAS solutions, balancing hunting with wallet-share expansion.

Responsibilities include managing accounts end-to-end, coordinating with engineers and manufacturing, and presenting compelling value propositions to close deals with retailers and C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of sales or sales management experience within the retail sector or direct experience selling to retailers.
• Experience with product and solution selling.
• Experience selling to retailers or with retailers is strongly considered.
• Experience selling loss prevention systems and/or products at the C-level.

Responsibilities

• Win net new business and expand existing customer relationships in assigned retail accounts.
• Balance 70% new business hunting with 30% wallet-share expansion.
• Manage accounts through opportunity ID, pre-sales planning, deal execution, and post-sales follow-up.
• Resolve invoicing, service, and account issues to support satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and manufacturing teams to define specs and ensure successful implementation.
• Present solutions and close sales on mutually satisfactory terms.
