Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to support field teams and improve in-store execution across designated markets. You will work with Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensuring brand standards, display compliance, and timely store visits.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to travel and work weekends. A company vehicle will be provided along with a gas card and maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years retail or consumer goods experience is preferred.
• Able to travel within assigned markets and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers with daily coverage and standard compliance.
• Document execution, capture display photos, and track activities in Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of Mondelēz brands.
• Coordinate with store teams and leadership to ensure smooth in-store execution.
