Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to drive reliable in-store execution and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will uphold brand standards and ensure stores align with company expectations.

Required: 1–3 years in retail, HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred), valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will travel to assigned markets using mobile tools to document coverage and assist with launches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule availability including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).
• Mondelēz offers a company vehicle, gas card, and vehicle maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the DM or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal product launches and high-visibility events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership-ready skills for future advancement.
• Adhere to safety, operational guidelines, and vehicle policies.
