Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

The role involves visiting stores, documenting execution via DMI and Salesforce, and coordinating with store teams. A valid driver’s license, 18+ years, and flexibility including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid state driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to ensure standards and brand integrity.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos; document execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to maintain territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop operational and communication skills for future leadership roles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company vehicle policies during driving.
