Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold display standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

This hands-on role requires lifting and moving products, traveling across assigned markets, and building strong relationships with store teams. A high school diploma and 1–3 years retail experience are preferred.

• Travel across assigned markets and lift/move product safely.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
