Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable store execution across the territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, promote Mondelēz standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations while lifting and moving products as needed.

You will build relationships with store personnel, assist with seasonal launches, and participate in capability building for new team members, supporting future leadership development

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical activities: lifting/bending/moving up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute shelf standards across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support capability building by onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills and future growth within the organization.
• Maintain safety: lifting, bending, and moving product while following protocols.
