Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution across designated markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will build relationships with store personnel, execute daily coverage, manage schedules, and assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and complete store visits using standards, including capturing photos and documenting execution.
