Job summary

Mondelēz International, Inc. seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold Mondelēz standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

You will drive weekly coverage, assist with promotions and seasonal transitions, and build relationships with store personnel while maintaining safety and compliance. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute standards across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-negotiated plans and visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop operational and communication skills for future leadership roles.
• Stay safe and compliant—lifting, bending, and moving product per safety guidelines.
