Qualificações

• Requires 18+ with valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and uphold execution standards.
• Serve as field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with merchandising and order writing excellence; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new merchandisers and order writers to strengthen capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future growth within the company.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle policies while driving across the territory.
