Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations across the territory.

You will represent Mondelez brands in stores, deliver strong customer service to store teams, execute coverage and display plans, and assist with seasonal transitions and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience.
• Live within the team’s geographical boundaries.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to maintain shelf standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos.
• Implement promotional displays and follow scheduled priorities.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
