Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution across multiple markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

Responsibilities include daily store visits, promotional display setup, timetable adherence, and collaboration with store leadership. Physical readiness and a valid driver's license are required.

• Execute daily coverage completing store visits with Merchandising Excellence standards.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM‑negotiated plans and visibility.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Stay safe and compliant while driving across the territory.
