Job summary

Stratis Group is a specialized pharmaceutical consulting firm seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager in New Orleans, LA. This field-based role focuses on educating provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources to support patient access for cardiovascular products.

The ARM will execute a territory access plan, coordinate with Sales, Market Access, and patient services, and document activities in the CRM system while adhering to ROE and compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days a week, with overnights as needed, within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute a territory access plan with cross-functional teams.
• Document activities in the CRM platform and track access insights.
• Ensure compliant interaction within ROE and client-approved materials.
