Job summary

Socket Fiber is seeking a motivated Business Account Executive in Missouri. You will engage local SMBs face-to-face, introduce our fiber-powered internet and communications solutions, and manage your territory with a focus on growth and learning.

Daily virtual team meetings support field activities, and you will be the face of Socket in your market. Your success will come from strong communication, high energy, and the ability to build lasting relationships, while meeting or exceeding sales

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within local market.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and walking for long periods.
• Strong communication and people skills with a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own your local territory by generating leads through door-to-door prospecting and networking with small and mid-sized businesses.
• Introduce decision-makers to Socket Fiber's business services and demonstrate value.
• Assess customer needs and tailor solutions using our Broadband, Voice, and UCaaS offerings.
• Hit monthly sales goals and key performance benchmarks.
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce and follow up regularly to close opportunities.
• Engage in daily sales calls, team check-ins, and training sessions to grow professionally.
