Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Reno, NV is seeking a Facilities Account Manager who will run a book of commercial facility management accounts, visit client properties, and grow accounts by solving problems and selling extra services.

You will lead a night manager and a network of contractors, coordinate with vendors, and ensure every scope is delivered while maintaining an eight-hour day and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
• A self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit client properties in person to retain accounts and grow relationships.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
• Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
• Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable to deliver scope.
