Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate in the United States to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You will provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

Responsibilities include in-store coverage, display implementation, schedule adherence, seasonal transitions, and building relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits using merchandising standards and documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring compliance with plans and maintaining brand visibility.
• Follow schedules and travel to assigned markets to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding and capability building for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future roles while maintaining safety protocols.
