Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable store execution across the U.S. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will travel across assigned markets to reinforce displays and brand presence. The role emphasizes hands-on field support, scheduling with a District Manager, and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across markets.
• Live within team’s geographic boundaries.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores across the territory with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers with day-to-day coverage.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing standards; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans; maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future leadership.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and vehicle use.
