Job summary

United Rentals in the United States is seeking a dynamic sales professional to maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined territory. You will build and maintain relationships, prospect new accounts, and collaborate with division teams to cross-sell products and services.

You will use CRM tools to develop a strong pipeline, present solutions to clients, and monitor market conditions. This role includes base salary + commissions and a guaranteed onboarding incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of sales experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and sites in defined territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers as the single point of contact.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing, dormant or non-customer accounts.
• Collaborate with specialty division reps to promote cross selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to develop pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
