Job summary

Stephenson Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales and rental of construction equipment across Montgomery County MD, Loudon VA, and Fairfax VA.

You will travel to client sites, demo equipment, and develop both new and existing accounts while collaborating with sales management and the support team. The role requires 2 years of outside sales experience and a technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience (2+ years)
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Higher education in a technical field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent equipment in the assigned territory and meet sales/rental targets.
• Travel to customer locations and demo equipment.
• Develop and service existing accounts; pursue new accounts.
• Record activity and opportunities in the CRM; update customer information.
