Job summary

Stephenson Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow equipment sales and rentals across Montgomery County MD and adjacent VA. You will visit customer sites, demo equipment, and build lasting relationships with key accounts across commercial clients and municipalities.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to read market data for opportunities. A technical background is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Technical knowledge of machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read and write reports and communicate with clients.
• Willingness to travel within territory as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent equipment in the assigned territory and meet sales targets.
• Travel to customer sites and demo equipment.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts and develop new ones.
• Use CRM to record activity, opportunities, and customer contact information.
