Job summary

Transwest is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our territory across Kansas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will sell equipment financing and leasing products while building relationships with end users, dealers, and manufacturers.

The role requires 2+ years in equipment finance or 5+ years in sales, along with strong Excel skills and excellent communication. Expect travel around half the time and a target-driven environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in equipment finance/leasing or 5+ years in sales
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
