Alleviation is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the dynamic field of sales. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and support for newcomers and experienced reps alike.

In outside direct sales, you will target small and medium businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and promote leading supplemental insurance products. Expect to present to groups of 50–100+ when needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
