Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional. You will be trained to target small and medium businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

You will visit clients, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio. We offer comprehensive training and a compensation package with draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submitting schedule weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
