Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers; present to groups of 50–100+.
