Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a real territorial book of business in the pest control market.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a company vehicle provided and uncapped commission opportunities. Hit monthly and quarterly targets, respond to inquiries quickly, and build lasting relationships with homeowners and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required.
• Ability to build a territory and pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business.
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional.
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal and service kickoff.
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow income.
• Follow up on leads quickly; most deals are won or lost in follow-up.
• Partner with operations to ensure a great first service experience.
