Job summary

Lincare, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and meet regional sales targets in your local market.

You will travel within the territory, deliver in-services, and report on referrals; Lincare offers a competitive base salary with unlimited commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, plus training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must travel within local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interacts with physicians and hospital staff.
• Computer literacy required.
• Previous sales experience in DME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's comprehensive product categories
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources
