Job summary

Solventum is seeking a high-impact Medical Device Sales professional to develop partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams, promoting Restrata and related products. You will manage a defined geography, forecast accurately, and grow revenue while delivering clinical education and hands-on intraoperative support.

Travel up to 90% within the sales territory is expected, with remote work flexibility in the Panhandle area (Mobile, AL, Pensacola, FL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years in medical field sales.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams; drive adoption of Restrata and related products.
• Manage and grow sales within a defined geographic territory; achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Create territory business plans with clinical education, customer engagement, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
