Job summary

Solventum, a leading healthcare innovator, is seeking an Acera Area Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest to lead a high‑performing sales team, engage surgeons, and drive adoption of Restrata and related products.

You will develop area business plans, manage budgets, and coach teams to achieve revenue targets while ensuring compliance and field excellence in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device/pharma sales in lieu of degree
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees and/or trial approvals in commercial and federal facilities is required
• Current, valid Driver’s License is required

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and cross‑functional partnerships with surgeons and operating room stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Restrata and related products
• Develop and execute area business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing expenses
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team through regular communication and performance reviews
• Recruit, select, and build a dynamic sales organization, including distributor networks where applicable
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and laws governing interactions with healthcare professionals
• Provide senior leadership with timely insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement
