Job summary

Solventum, a health care company, seeks a regional sales professional to grow the Solventum Acera/Surgical portfolio in the Spokane area. You will manage physician and hospital relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and drive revenue in a remote territory.

This role requires 5+ years in medical device or related sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 90%. Base salary is $95,000 plus commissions; relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management
