Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, is seeking an Acera Territory Director to lead sales across a defined geography in Portland. You will develop territory plans, educate customers, and build trusted relationships with surgeons and clinicians to meet revenue goals.

The role requires a track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 90% within the territory. Remote work options apply within the Portland area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university; 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
