True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to guide territory-based sales and mentor new representatives. This field-based role blends hands-on selling with leadership, coaching, and team development to drive results.

You'll train agents, lead presentations, manage relationships, and report progress with your manager. A bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales, plus Salesforce experience, will help you succeed; health and licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years in customer-facing/sales roles.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Salesforce and digital tools.
• Driven and positive attitude with energy and focus.
• Integrity and ownership; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Personal sales activities: meeting with business owners, presenting benefits, following up, setting appointments.
• Training & mentoring: shadowing new agents, role-playing, helping weeks 1–4 and closing deals.
• Team development: regular check-ins, progress tracking, building a positive team culture.
• Goal setting & reporting: work with manager to set monthly goals and track activities.
• Supporting client relationships: assist clients and team with claims, renewals, and questions.
