True North Group LLC in Georgia is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to coach and grow a territory-based sales team. You will lead by example, mentor new agents, and help businesses understand their benefit needs with integrity.

This field-based role blends independent selling with leadership duties, including training, goal setting, and reporting. You will cultivate a high-performing culture, driving wins for clients and your team through structured mentorship and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• Sales experience in field or B2B settings.
• Licensed or license-ready within 90 days (we cover the cost and guide you).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal Sales Activities: meeting with business owners, presenting benefits, following up, booking appointments.
• Training & Mentoring: shadowing new agents, role-playing, helping weeks 1–4 and close.
• Team Development: regular check-ins, track progress, build a positive team culture.
• Goal Setting & Reporting: set personal/team goals monthly, track key sales activities.
• Supporting Client Relationships: navigate claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
