Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Independence, MO seeks an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional. You will meet business owners and decision-makers, promoting supplemental insurance products while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Expect to build your own client portfolio, manage your schedule, and collaborate with a sales manager to hit monthly targets. A valid driver’s license and active insurance license or willingness to obtain one are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers; re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at day's end.
