Job summary

Candid seeks an Associate Account Executive to advance our clear aligner solutions in the Northern LA region. You’ll support the sales process from lead development to onboarding, collaborating with AE teams and dental practices to drive adoption and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of professional sales experience (dental/orthodontic preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and comfort with 30–40% overnight travel; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the region (~30–40% overnight travel)
• Experience with Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads in Northern LA dental practices
• Identify target-practice matches and convert to active accounts
• Schedule meetings via cold calls and in-person visits
• Conduct in-practice trainings and provide product information
• Onboard new practices with training and setup
• Monitor accounts for expansion opportunities and events
• Maintain relationships and prepare performance reports
• Stay informed on product trends and complete sales training
